"Customer Service Non-existent!"

It seems to me that PIA hate their customers as they NEVER answer their phones, they don't respond to emails and they never refund anything to you. Whereas Emirates and other airlines would compensate passengers if their flights were delayed by 4 hours but PIA flight was delayed by nearly 24 hours and they will NOT respond to my letters, emails or phone calls.

I honestly don't know why the aviation authorities are letting them get away with this kind of atrocious customer service. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND NEVER FLY WITH PIA.

The only reason PIA exist is that the Pakistani government will not allow competition!

If airlines like virgin, air france, klm, BA fly there PIA will cease to exist..
