I've been phoning the Royal Mail eastern Delivery office, but there is no one there to answer the phone. Maybe it is closed? But how would I know that when even the last page about the delivery office didn't give opening/closing times?  
 
See what a big difference a little thing can make? I'm sure other customers have faced the same frustrating problem. A timetable on the website, or an answering machine stating opening hours would be the welcomed solution.
