Just taken 40 imutes just to get through, only to be told no appointments until tomorrow.

Also been told that you cannot order prescriptions by telephone now you have to go in. For my mom this means a 20mins walk x4 times - to order prescription, home, collect prescription, home

This new structure with Hall Green Medical Centre is crazy. Used to be able to just turn and get seen, could mean waiting around for a long time but at least you got seen on that day.
