"Very poor I'm discussed"

Been away for 2 weeks my partner went to pick my 2 year old boxer up from moss kennels while I was at work the owner told my partner my dog was not eating his food and had diareara. When I came home and seen my pet I cryed he'd lost that much weight I cud fit my hole hand under his collar.when I contacted the kennels because I was so concerned she said he was not eating I said well why didn't you contact the vets about his massive weight loss she said well we did try him on Ower food I'm so discussed with them my dog has no life in him at all he's so weak so I'm off to the vets I wouldn't advise anyone to use these kennels at all..
