"Waited in a Queue so long i left"

Yesterday at your bullring branch I waited so long listening to the staff more or less argue who was needed behind the till, 1 staff serving while the rest of the imbeciles stood around chatting & just looking at customers as if they was dirt! NEVER again will I use another branch of jd sports! The pathetic lobotomized staff was actually an embarrassment to watch! someone seriously needs to train these people or gets chimps in as im sure they could do a better job!.
