"Please help I'm at breaking point !!!"

Please please help me I'm at breaking point can't look in the mirror I hate myself. In febuary I applied an out of date head lice cream by mistake ever since my hair has been thinning and static really hard to manage. It's like there's a acid or something in my hair!? Please please help me I can't cope anymore no one can seem to help me or advice me, they say it wouldn't of done that. But I know the difference please please help me.
