We've had an absolute nightmare with Mayflex over a period of four years. constant stock issues, poor customer service, errors with deliveries, etc. etc. How can a company like this run out of patch leads, box connectors and extension sockets and not be able to restock for SIX WEEKS, on some occasions. Despite many complaints, and many promises of action, things don't get any better. Just today, we've taken a delivery of the 'black' cabinet Mayflex delivered. I called my 'account manager', to be told, firstly that we were 'lucky to have the delivery so early', and then try to pass the mistake off as 'human error'. HUMAN ERROR ? My six year old daughter has been able, for at least four years, to tell the difference between black and white, so in essence, the people they are using to pick these orders dont have the ability of a two year old..
