The only dentist around shard end chelmsley wood that would see me on the day when everywhere else was full or busy . spoke to receptionist took my name number and said if anyone cancels they'd phone me as i needed emergency appointment everywhere else said no ring back every day first come first served and wouldn't help . this team phoned me back within couple of hours and said they had a slot for me got there they was so helpful caring pleasant guided me through all procedure what they will be doing in future and i got the antibiotics i needed in first place i cant fault them definitely recommend this practice i had no where to go this place helped me when no one else would thank you to you all regards!.
