"Watch Repair fiasco"

Cannot contact this company by phone they just dont answer, have had a watch for repair 3 months, have gone in today still no watch they say its at Seiko uk and will be back tomorrow!!!!!!!! 5 times we have been in to the shop to get the watch WHERES THE WATCH?.
