Making appointments is a nightmare. There are only certain times that you can call and your put on hold for a very long time as so many people are trying to get through to make an appointment. Nine times out of ten i get put through but there are no appointments available, they are all taken. Its very frustating. My old doctors was brilliant you could get an appointment any day you wished but here its same day or call back tomorrow. I will consider moving. .
