RIDICULOUS! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! EVER! AND YOU CANT EVEN ASK ANY QUERIES SO NO POINT HAVING A PHONE LINE! AND THERE NOT OPEN ALL DAY SO DONT SEE WHY THEY CANT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE.
