The new system that has been introduced of booking your appointment online is brilliant! I could just look up available times,find one to fit in with my work etc.book it and turn up on the day!Brilliant! Having talked to members of my family and friends etc who are at other practices, how they have to phone up days in advance or even wait for the doctor to phone them back etc.i feel so fortunate to have this facility! So thank you Castle Practice for coming up with such an excellent idea!.
