"One day to go - still not here"

Ordered and paid for online july 22 2013, now september 2nd 2013 and still not arrived. One day left, tomorrow, Tuesday and the school. I have no faith at all that my oder will arrive tomorrow. I will then DEMAND refund and go to Bulls Yard, Alecester. I phoned 43 times on 30th and they kept putting the phone down on me. I would never never use again and certainly not recommend..
