"Awful result"

Went here for genuine shellac treatment on my natural nails. 40 minutes later havin experienced more pain than necessary, being £20 lighter and having been sat in the middle of the staffs loud inappropriate and unprofessional conversations I couldnt wait to leave. Only to notice 20 minutes later not only were my nails the wrong colour but they were lumpy and my previous nail colour had not been removed correctly and was still visible. Less than 3 hours later the bumpy shellac, which I now suspect to be fake, started peeling off in big chunks. I would go back to complain but the staff were so coarse and ill mannered i doubt it would achieve much .
